"Go out into the highways and along the hedges, and compel them to come in, so that my house may be filled." - Luke 14:23
Many today are saying we need to "suggest" the gospel. We need to offer it just in case they may be interested. But what if we knew hell in the depth that Jesus did? The Bible says this about hell, "the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; their worm will not die, nor will their fire be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind."
If every person on the street were our son or daughter, would we not compel them to hear the gospel? If we knew that each person who does not give all to Jesus will suffer this fate, would we have time for friendship evangelism?
